What's your return policy?

How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, all orders are final once they have been placed. To have the fastest shipping possible, orders are processed right away! Thank you for your understanding!
How long does it take for my order to be processed/shipped?
We aim to have extremely quick processing and shipping! Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, but can take up to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We only ship out packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship out packages on weekends. Please reach out if there are any further delays, as we occasionally experience shipping carrier delays out of our control!
Can I exchange an item?
Currently, we do no offer direct exchanges. We recommend requesting store credit for your return, then placing a new order once processed!
Can I return an item on sale?
If an item is marked as "sale", it is not eligible for return. These items will be shown in our sale page and have show both the original and sale price. Regular items ordered using a discount code does not count as sale and can still be returned. Please see here for our full Returns policy!
Do you offer free returns/exchanges?
At this time we do not offer free returns, a shipping fee of $15 will be taken out of the order amount for refunds and a $5 shipping fee for store credit.
How does sizing run?
Sizing is standard unless otherwise stated in the product description. For exact measurements, please reference the sizing page!
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders over $60 ship free within the US!
My package says it was delivered but I have not received it yet. What do I do?
Sometimes the status of delivery will update a bit prematurely. In the meantime, please check with your family members, neighbor or roommate to make sure they didn’t receive your package. Often when a customer can’t find a package it’s usually because someone else brought it in or a neighbor accidentally received it. If that is not the case you can email us at hello@shopstarfit.com When you do send us an email regarding a package not being delivered, we will confirm your address with you, as well as ask you to to file a claim with the mail service. Please note: We will always do our best to assist you when there is a missing package however, after the package has shipped it is in the hands of UPS or USPS to deliver it to you as we do not have any control over the mail service.
How long does it take to be given store credit?
Once your package is delivered, it can take up to 1-2 weeks for your store credit gift card to be issued. The e-gift card will be sent to the email used to place the order. Please check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, please email us at hello@shopstarfit.com
