We want you to love our products as much as we do, but we get it! Things don't always work out. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase feel free to return it for a refund back to the original payment method or store credit via e-gift card within 20-30 days of purchase. For store credit, returns must be made by 30 days from purchase date. For a refund back to the original payment method, returns must be made by 20 days from order date.
- We have extended our return window allowing all orders from Nov 15-December 30th to be returned until January 5th for store credit only. If you email after January 5th for an order placed during this time period, we cannot accept the return. Thank you for your understanding!
- We gladly accept returns that are requested within 30 days of the order date for store credit or 20 days of the order date for a refund back to the original form of payment.
- Holiday extended return policy: we have extended our return window allowing all orders from Nov 15-December 30th to be returned until January 5th for store credit only. If you email after January 5th for an order placed during this time period, we cannot accept the return.
- All items must be unworn with product tags attached. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if the hang tag is removed, if the product has been washed or worn.
- A $16.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for all domestic returns. If you select store credit, the return processing fee will be only $6.95!
- You will be refunded via the method of payment used only. If you use a gift certificate to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift certificate and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.
- Please note we are only able to issue one return label per order. Due to this, please ensure all items you are looking to return are included in the return request form.
- All items sold at a discount are final sale. This includes all items located on our "sale" page, where both the original price and discount price are shown on the product page. Order using discount codes on full priced items are eligible for return.
- Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a package is "returned to sender" due to an address error, your item will be refunded but a $30 charge will be taken out of the refund to cover shipping costs.
- A $6.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your store credit for all domestic returns.
- Store credit is issued via an E-Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase.
- Gift cards are sent via email once the return has been delivered to us. Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email after 1 week.
A $16.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for all domestic returns. If you select store credit, instead of a refund, the return processing fee will be $6.95.
Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, funds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you use a gift certificate to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift certificate and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method.
- Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have purchased an item but want a different size or color, we recommend:
- Processing a return for your item ASAP and select store credit
- Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with your store credit
- Use your store credit to re-purchase the item
- Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order.
All international orders are final sale and ineligible for return.
DAMAGED ITEM:
If you received a damaged item, we treat this with the highest priority, as our product quality and customer satisfaction are our #1 concern! Please process a return through our return portal here: STARFIT RETURN PORTAL. You will be required to upload an image of the damage product which will be reviewed by our team in 2-5 business days. If accepted, we will send out a replacement item. If the item sold out, you will be issued a full refund.
MISSING/INCORRECT ITEM:
Although we aim for perfection, unfortunately mistakes happen! Please process a return through our return portal here: STARFIT RETURN PORTAL. You will be required to upload an image of the incorrect product which will be reviewed by our team in 2-5 business days. If accepted, we ask that you ship back the incorrect item and we will send out the correct item free of cost. If the item sold out, you will be issued a full refund.
INCORRECT ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER:
If a package is "returned to sender" due to an address error, your item will be refunded but a $30 charge will be taken out of the refund to cover shipping costs.
