EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

All holiday orders will be acceptable to be returned for store credit until Jan 3rd. After Jan 3rd, the normal return policy of 14 days from order delivery will resume.

We get it, things don't always work out how we wanted them to! Follow the instructions below to start your return!

 Return Policy:

-Items can returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. This does not include sale items, jewelry & hair accessories, which are final sale.
-Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
-Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, and will be sent to the email on file within 3-10 days of the package being delivered
-A shipping fee of $10 will be taken out of the issued gift card amount
-Please email hello@shopstarfit.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
-If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non refundable.
-STARFIT is not responsible for non-STARFIT items mistakenly returned, and may not be able to recover these items.
