Returns & Exchanges

 

  • Items can exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a different size only. This does not include sale or limited edition items, which are final sale.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
  • Please email shopstarfit@gmail.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
  • Order returns/refunds are not available, only exchanges.
  • If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non refundable.
  • STARFIT is not responsible for non-STARFIT items mistakenly returned, and may not be able to recover these items.
